David R. Knause, Maintenance
Dave came to WHRD in April of 2007 as our Facilities Maintenance worker.  Prior to joining WHRD's staff,  Dave worked at Superior Tube for 32 years; the first 18 years he worked as an electrician and then moving into the  tool room for the remainder of his time. Dave is married to Linda (Leatherman) Knause.

Alan L. Kummerer, Construction Coordinator
Alan came to WHRD in July of 2006 as the Construction Coordinator.  Prior to joining WHRD's staff, Alan worked the past 18 years managing a furniture and cabinet shop in southern Chester County.  Alan is married to Heather (Clemens) Kummerer and they have two children - Kaitlyn and Erin.

Aimee Hallman - Activities and Events Coordinator
Aimee Hallman joined the staff of WHRD in July of 2010.  Aimee is a West Mont Christian Academy graduate and is completing her liberal studies degree at Montgomery County Community College.  She will continue on to receive further education in event planning.  Aimee will be getting married in the Spring of 2011 to her wonderful fiance Ben Fox.

Patty Bleakley - Retirement Counselor
Patty (Kovach) joined the staff of WHRD in May of 2009. Patty worked for the engineering firm (ProTract Engineering) that designed Sanatoga Ridge Community and Buchert Ridge Community. Prior to joining WHRD, Patty worked primarily in the Technical Publications and Documentation groups at GE/Martin Marietta/Lockheed Martin. Patty lived in the Pottstown area most of her life. She is married to Chuck and they have 2 sons, Nicholas and Garrett.

Donna S. Gearhart, Office Manager
Donna (Hallman) joined the staff of WHRD as Office Manager in August of 2006. Donna has a degree in Elementary Education but has previously worked in various office positions for many years while moving around the states with her husband and family. Donna is married to Gary Gearhart and they have two children - Jacob and Gabrielle.

John J. McMenamin, PE
John joined the staff of WHRD in September of 2007 to provide in-house engineering support for future WHRD projects.  John is a licensed Civil Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania.  Prior to joining WHRD, John was a partner in ProTract Engineering, Inc.  John is married to Meg (Woods) and has four children - Ryan, Mallory, Holly and John Ryan.

Gary C. Gearhart, COO 
Gary came to work for WHRD in March of 2005 as Chief Operating Officer.  Gary grew up in Levittown, PA, graduated from Neshaminy Maple Point and LeTourneau University with a Welding Engineering and Technology Degree. Gary has 18 years of broad business experience in engineering, marketing and sales, operations and project management.  He is married to Donna (Hallman) Gearhart and has two children - Jacob and Gabrielle.

J. Wilmer "Wil" Hallman
Founder/President and developer of Sanatoga Ridge Community. Wil founded WHRD in March of 2005 to meet the continued demand of retirement communities with his unique concept.  A 1962 graduate of Temple University, Wil worked in architecture at Sanders & Thomas for 8 years. In 1970, Wil came to work full-time with the Pottstown Youth Centre, Inc.. Today, Wil serves as PYC's director and president. Additionally, Wil is a founder of West-Mont Christian Academy and continues to serve on their board of directors. Wil is married to Lynne C.(Klink) Hallman (since 1963) and has one son, David, who is the SRC Administrator.
